The conceptual design for this luxury residential high-rise was developed collaboratively through an intensive, sensory-driven client visioning session.
The visioning session result: To create Classic, Unexpected and Grateful Experiences. We produced this unique and memorable experience by incorporating a juxtaposition in contrasting period styles, masculine vs. feminine elements and surprises in unexpected locations. We set the stage for the use of classic forms in architectural details based on the 1920-40’s Boulevard Oaks neighborhood that set the stage for this new tower. The client want their residents to be proud to be able to live in an affordable luxury high-rise that exudes great design that is unique, timeless and soothing. This dreamy concept delivers the glamorous aspects of an bygone era that is approachable and humble.
